Baltimore Montessori Public is a mission-driven school in the urban heart of Baltimore City’s Arts and Entertainment District. With a waitlist of over 600 students, Baltimore Montessori Public is Baltimore City’s only public Montessori school and the charter school with the highest demand.
We are currently inviting applications for a lead teacher (“guide”) for a mixed-age upper elementary classroom.
The ideal candidate is a creative, energetic, and flexible lifelong learner who is committed to meeting the needs of every child in a collaborative and inclusive environment, and believes all children should have access to a high quality Montessori education.
To be considered, candidates must possess Montessori certification and be eligible for or willing to work toward certification by the State of Maryland.
