Aloha! We are conducting a search for AMI-trained primary and toddler Montessori guides for a new, high-quality Montessori school in Lana’i scheduled to open late-summer 2021.
The island of Lana’i is paradise on earth. Unlike other Hawaiian islands, it is only lightly developed. With clean air, pristine beaches, and abundant wildlife, Lanai’i abounds with natural, sun-kissed beauty. Lana’i is the serene home to just 3,500 people and is completely COVID-free.
Through your efforts, children will fulfill their developmental potential with authentically prepared, exceptionally executed Montessori. As a member of the school’s founding team, you will have the additional privilege of helping to design your environments and shape the school into one of the world’s finest.
We encourage you to apply if you have earned an AMI primary or assistants-to-infancy diploma and are able to join our ohana in Summer 2021. As the spirit of Lana’i belongs to the Hawaiian people, candidates must have a strong appreciation for and understanding of (or willingness to learn) Hawaiian culture.
