Montessori By The Sea in the Cayman Islands is seeking a Montessori Lower Elementary Guide for January 2023.
The ideal applicant possesses Montessori Elementary certification (6-9 or 6-12, AMI, AMS or MACTE-accredited), has experience working in a Lower Elementary Montessori environment, and would thrive in a dynamic team-teaching setting. A deep respect for children, a zest for learning, and the ability to facilitate an environment that deftly balances inquiry-based learning and academic rigor are essential; a complementary background in education (Bachelor of Education) would be an asset.
Work permits and travel costs will be sponsored for qualified international applicants.
