The Montessori Children’s House of Arlington is looking for dedicated, enthusiastic Lead Guides to join our faculty for the 2024-25 school year. The ideal candidate will be committed to the authentic implementation of the Montessori philosophy, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be a caring, consistent presence for the children. Lead Guides play an important role in our program, providing structure, innovation, curriculum development, and partnerships with our families.
