Work on the charming island of Martha’s Vineyard! Vineyard Montessori School is a non-profit, independent school founded in 1975 in a tightknit seaside community. Our school serves 107 children from Toddler through Grade 8 and our beautiful downtown Vineyard Haven campus is within walking distance of the ferry to Cape Cod.
We are seeking a full-time Montessori trained Elementary teacher for ages 6-9 to join us for the 2023-24 school year. This position offers a very competitive salary and benefits package, including housing for the right candidate. The ideal teacher is AMI or AMS trained, has at least three years of teaching experience in a Montessori Elementary classroom, and possesses a growth mindset and the desire to spark the love of learning in young children.
