The Executive Director is responsible for leading BMPCS in its next phase of growth. The primary focus of this role is to provide leadership for emerging opportunities and strategic initiatives that further the mission of the school while ensuring the health, equitable practices, and sustainability of the organization. The Executive Director serves as the chief spokesperson for the organization and ensures proper dialogue and representation among internal and external stakeholders.
