REQUIREMENTS
-Experience with Montessori educational philosophy
-Administrative and managerial experience in an academic environment
-Exceptional interpersonal skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Business management skills
-Strategic thinking; ability to explore new ideas while considering the needs of the multiple constituencies
-Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s Degree preferred; appropriate certifications and licensure required
