Montessori By The Sea is seeking dedicated and dynamic Montessori trained Elementary teachers for the 2023/2024 school year.
Ideal applicants will possess Montessori Elementary certification (6-12; AMI, AMS or MACTE), be eager to co-teach with like-minded colleagues, be comfortable with cross-referencing Montessori lessons with national and international standards. A deep respect for children, a zest for learning, and the ability to facilitate a learning environment that deftly balances inquiry-based learning and academic rigor would be essential in this role; a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (BEd) would be a strong asset.
