Escuela Casita Montessori de Mayagüez has an opening for an Elementary Guide starting January, 2021.
The candidate should be formally trained in Montessori and have previous experience. Preferably, the candidate must be bilingual (Spanish and English), possess excellent communication skills, have an understanding of the Montessori philosophy, as well as an empathic, compassionate personality with a nurturing demeanor and a sense of humor.
