Montessori at Roseborough in sunny Florida has an immediate opening for an Elementary guide to lead our 6-12 environment.
Beyond the work in the classroom, the Elementary guide will direct the children in school community events. Walking field trips and local community participation, as well as going outs, are all part of our thriving Elementary program.
Staff and children walk to our charming downtown, a nearby scenic lake, shops, lovely parks, inviting nature trails, library and art center. The 9-12 year old children also participate in an annual trip to Sea Camp in the Florida Keys. We enjoy the participation of our staff and families in our efforts to build a strong school community!
The school is operating in-person and we follow CDC guidelines.
A bachelor’s degree is required. An AMI diploma is highly desirable. We will consider a Montessori teacher in training. Salary is based upon experience and education level.
