The Learning Tree is a well-established Montessori school in the heart of a beautiful city. We have true seasons here with low humidity and mountain views to the east and west with Puget Sound and Lake Washington surrounding us–it is divine! Located in an older, charming home (a true Casa dei Bambini), we are a two-classroom school that is an incredibly dynamic and enjoyable place to practice your craft. The Learning Tree is a full-day and year-round program founded in 1979.
We have outstanding teacher retention that is largely due to being such a fantastic place to work–we provide excellent pay, solid med/dental benefits, a 401K plan, supportive professional development, paid holidays and vacation time, and a no-b.s.-bring-both-your-gifts-and-your-challenges workspace. We have 45 children total and a wonderful outdoor area. I’m one of two co-directors and I love my job : )
