Children’s House Clubroom Guide
Childpeace Montessori School is seeking a Children’s House Clubroom Guide to work in our Children’s House program for 3- to 6-year-olds. This is an hourly, nonexempt, school year position (with opportunities to work in the summer) that is scheduled Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. The wage range begins at $22.00 per hour.
The Clubroom Guide assists in implementing a Montessori approach to learning, preparing the environment for the children, and supporting the safety and relationships of children. Specifically, they will prepare and lead the room where napping and aftercare take place, adjacent to the morning classrooms. The Clubroom Guide will also supervise a Clubroom Assistant, collaborate with classroom Guides regarding development of each child, and connect with parents.
Our staff work with hundreds of toddlers through adolescents in their educational journey every year.
