Three Tree Montessori School seeks a Primary Guide to join our community beginning August 2024.

Three Tree is a beautiful and bright AMI-recognized school located 15 minutes south of downtown Seattle in the scenic Pacific Northwest, with easy access to both mountains and water. Montessori education is offered to children in 2 toddler, 5 primary, 1 lower elementary and 1 upper elementary environments. The school is growing and adding a second lower elementary classroom in the fall.
Our ideal candidate is a positive person who holds an AMI Primary Montessori Diploma, possesses strong communication and organizational skills, Montessori classroom experience, embraces professional teamwork and collaboration, and brings a kind spirit to the important work of building relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Salary range is $52-60K. Benefits currently include healthcare benefits (medical insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and long-term disability insurance), retirement benefits, and PTO of 10 days.
