Are you Assistants to Infancy trained and looking for support with putting the theory from training into practice in the classroom?
The Montessori School of the Berkshires is accepting applications for a 0-3 AMI-trained guide who is interested in having an experienced practitioner as a partner and mentor in the classroom at key times during the 2022-2023 school year.
The ideal candidate is team-oriented and able to work collaboratively, has a strong work ethic and an abundance mindset, is an open and effective communicator, is committed to professional and personal growth, and has a long-term commitment to environmental stewardship, education for peace, and JEDI (justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion).
We are most interested in a candidate who is excited about developing a year-round program in conjunction with the development of our primary year-round program.
Located in the bucolic Berkshires of Western Massachusetts, The Montessori School of the Berkshires is in its 15th year, serves approximately 140 students from age 12 months to age 14, and is located on a 40-acre campus. For more information about the school, visit <www.BerkshireMontessori.org>.
