Vineyard Montessori School, located on the beautiful island of Martha’s Vineyard, seeks experienced Primary Teachers with Montessori certification (completed or in progress) for a full-time, year-round position starting August 2025.
Ideal candidates are passionate about early childhood education, possess a growth mindset, and demonstrate mindfulness and care.
Job Requirements: AMI or AMS certification; 21+ years old; B.S. in Early Childhood Education and teaching experience (preferred); Strong communication skills with children, staff, and parents; Effective, respectful classroom management.
Salary: $65-$80K/year, based on experience
Excellent benefits including 7 weeks of vacation
