Upper Elementary Lead Teacher – North American Montessori Teachers Association

Webster Montessori School seeks an experienced Montessori teacher to lead our Upper Elementary classroom.

The ideal candidate has an AMI Elementary Diploma and 3+ years teaching experience in a Montessori classroom.

Responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing child-led learning experiences

Observing, documenting, and assessing student progress

Communicating regularly with parents

Proactive classroom management

Collaborating with colleagues to foster a supportive and nurturing learning environment

Working with students to guide student-led initiatives

Supervision and guidance of the Classroom Assistant
