**Position Overview:**

Substitutes support student learning through observation, classroom assistance, and outdoor supervision. ECE units are required for working with children 18 months to 6 years old but not for Elementary classes.

**Qualifications:**

– ECE units (for Toddler/Primary)

– Experience with young children

– Interest in Montessori education

– Collaborative and flexible

– Ability to lift 40 lbs and move at a child’s level
