Lifetime Montessori School is seeking a bilingual Primary Guide to join our Bilingual immersion team. Our immersion model pairs two AMI-trained guides in each classroom — one delivering all instruction in English, one exclusively in Spanish. This is a collaborative, team-taught environment where language consistency is central to the program.

We are a thriving school entering our 20th year, with 4 toddler, 6 primary, and an elementary classroom through 6th grade. Our staff retention says it all — team members have been with us up to 16 years.

Requirements:

AMI Diploma (3–6)

Native or near-native Spanish fluency

Heart for authentic Montessori practice

Compensation & Benefits

$4,200–$5,000/month, based on experience

70% employer-paid medical insurance

100% employer-paid dental

50% tuition benefit for staff children

Start Date: July 20, 2026 (flexible through August 24)
