Position: Experienced Toddler Montessori Guide

Are you an experienced Montessorian passionate about guiding toddlers in a nurturing and thoughtfully prepared environment? The Garden Montessori is seeking a dedicated Toddler Montessori Guide to join our vibrant community.

About the Role

As a Toddler Montessori Guide, you will:

Prepare and maintain a beautiful, developmentally appropriate Montessori environment for children aged 16 months to 3 years attending half-days.

Observe, guide, and support toddlers in their independent exploration, self-care, language development, and social interactions.

Foster a warm, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere that nurtures each child’s potential.

Collaborate with parents and fellow educators to ensure a holistic and consistent experience for every child.

Lead with grace, patience, and deep respect for the Montessori approach.

Lead our Parent & Child Montessori classes 1x/wk.

Lead an afternoon enrichment program 2x/wk.

Qualifications:

AMI/AMS or other MACTE Montessori Credential (Infant/Toddler Level)

Experience leading a Montessori toddler environment

Strong classroom management and observation skills

Passion for child development and Montessori principles

Excellent communication skills with both parents and colleagues

Ability to create a warm, organized, and engaging space for toddlers
