We seek a passionate and dedicated Lower Elementary Montessori Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive community of 60 years!

We seek an experienced and enthusiastic Lower Elementary Montessori Teacher to work with students aged 6-9 years. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to the Montessori philosophy and a genuine desire to create a classroom environment where each child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The teacher will foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for children, using the Montessori method to guide their development and learning.

The candidate would co-teach alongside a lead teacher for SY2025-26 and plan to become the Lead Teacher in a new lower elementary classroom for SY2026-27. This is an excellent opportunity for educators who are enthusiastic about providing a hands-on, engaging learning experience for young children while getting to know a new community.

Montessori Lower Elementary Certification (AMI or AMS) required.

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Montessori classroom, preferably with Lower Elementary-aged children.

A deep understanding of Montessori philosophy and practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Strong commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture.

Ability to collaborate with a team of educators and staff.

Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
