Apogee Odessa is a faith-integrated learning community in Odessa, Florida, seeking full-time Learning Coaches to mentor learners ages 5-14. While we are not an accredited Montessori school, our model draws from many of Maria Montessori’s principles, including independence, mixed-age learning, intrinsic motivation, hands-on exploration, and respect for the developmental journey of each child. Our K-2 learners regularly utilize Montessori materials and prepared environments. Coaches guide, mentor, and facilitate growth rather than deliver traditional classroom instruction.
