Full-Time Montessori Middle School Guide

Seeking a passionate guide to lead our adolescent program. Candidates should hold AMI or AMS Middle School credentials (or be in training). Middle/high school teaching experience may be considered in lieu of Montessori training. We value educators who understand adolescent development, foster independence, design interdisciplinary, project-based learning, and build strong community partnerships with students and families.

Part-Time Middle School Teacher (Science, Spanish, and/or History)

Seeking an engaging educator to teach one or more subject areas 2–5 days per week. AMI or AMS training preferred; middle/high school teaching experience may be considered in lieu of Montessori training. Ideal candidates bring strong content knowledge, promote inquiry and critical thinking, and collaborate closely within a Montessori adolescent framework.

Full-Time Montessori Elementary Guide (Grades 1–6)

Seeking a dedicated AMI or AMS-trained Elementary guide to lead a 1st–6th grade multi-age classroom. Candidates should be confident across the elementary curriculum, grounded in the Great Lessons and cosmic education, and committed to nurturing independence, curiosity, and leadership.
