Early Childhood Spanish Specialist & Support Assistant

Marin Montessori School, a highly regarded AMI- and CAIS-accredited school in beautiful Marin County, is seeking a warm, collaborative. Early Childhood Spanish Specialist & Support Assistant to join our dedicated team. Position Summary

This role supports Lead Guides in our Toddler (18–36 months) and Primary communities while offering children meaningful exposure to Spanish.

Duties include:

* Supervising and supporting children indoors and outdoors

* Leading songs, stories, and small group activities in Spanish

* Providing breaks to Guides and Assistants

* Supporting toilet learning, nap time, arrival, dismissal, and playtime

* Assisting with classroom upkeep, material making, and gardening

Qualifications

* Minimum 6 ECE units (12 preferred)

* Fluency in Spanish and English

* Experience with young children; Montessori knowledge a plus

* Positive, flexible, collaborative, and joyful attitude
