The Director of Elementary Programs (DoEP) ensures that the elementary educational program provided at Omni Montessori School (OMS) is in accordance with the educational philosophy and methods of Dr. Maria Montessori, as interpreted by Association Montessori International (AMI). The DoEP provides management and oversight for the elementary faculty and staff, including afterschool programs and learning specialists, essentially functioning as an instructional leader at the school. Further, the DoEP supports our parent education program and serves as an integral member of the school’s Leadership Team.
