Adolescent Guide (12–15 Program)

Start Date: August 2026 (earlier start possible)

The Montessori School of Tokyo seeks a full-time AMI-trained Adolescent Guide for our established 12–15 program. The guide will co-teach across the curriculum, mentor students academically and socially, support experiential learning trips, and help foster a respectful, engaged community.

Essential: Bachelor’s degree, AMI 12–18 Orientation or Diploma, native or highly proficient English, and a minimum three-year commitment.

MST is Japan’s largest Montessori school and is expanding toward a full high school program.
