Kindling Academy is hiring a Founding Lead Teacher/Guide near Bee Cave, Texas.

You’ll lead a mixed-age cohort of no more than 14 children, ages 4–8, with support from a classroom assistant. Our Montessori-inspired model blends individualized learning, project-based work, creativity, and extensive outdoor time.

We seek a warm, adaptable educator with strong judgment, initiative, emotional intelligence, and at least three years of teaching experience.

Montessori training is preferred, but alignment with learner-centered education matters most.
