Philomath Montessori School is seeking a Primary Guide to lead an established classroom for our 4 day/week school year program beginning Fall 2026. Founded in 1984, we offer a small school community.

Qualifications:

Montessori Primary Certification

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Previous experience working in a Montessori classroom

Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and principles

A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their growth and development

Ability to create a supportive, inclusive, and dynamic classroom environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong presentation and public speaking skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
