Job Description – Lead Lower and Upper Elementary Montessori Teacher

New Jewish Montessori program in Boca Raton!

We are seeking dedicated, loving, and passionate Montessori Lower and Upper Elementary certified teachers to lead our early childhood and lower elementary classrooms. EXCELLENT PAY

Responsibilities:

Create a positive classroom environment

⁠Provide instruction in various subjects, adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students

⁠Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience

⁠Communicate and Partner with parents.

Participate and pursue ongoing professional development

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (in field of Education preferred but not required)

Teaching certification or license

⁠Montessori Certification required

⁠Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year, based on experience and credentials

Schedule: Full-time

Work setting: in-person at program campus
