Ruffing Montessori School seeks a bright, energetic, and collaborative full-time AMI-trained faculty member for our Toddler Community, now in its 15th year. This co-educational, independent school, with over a 60 year history, serves children 18 months through 8th grade.
The ideal candidate will have completed the AMI Montessori 0-3 teacher training, possess strong classroom management skills, and have relevant experience working with young children. The incumbent will be a highly motivated individual, knowledgeable about developmental characteristics of the 0-3 age group, and passionate about the care and development of all children. The Guide will lead a group of 12 to 14 toddlers with the aid of an assistant. The candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm for working with a team of professionals, possess a positive spirit, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate keen enthusiasm and appreciation for Ruffing’s culture, values, and mission.
