Growing Curiosity Community School is seeking a compassionate, creative guide with MACTE accredited certification at the Primary (3-6) level to join our team for Spring, Summer, or Fall 2022.
Growing Curiosity’s mission is to provide an affordable, quality Montessori 3-6 program with a focus on physical and social development, anti-bias education, and an appreciation for nature.
As such, we have an environment with flow between outdoors and indoors, and are looking for individuals who love spending time outdoors with children (in the afternoons after their planning period). Also essential is a commitment to anti-bias pedagogy, which we incorporate into the prepared environment, circle time, and some afternoon activities for after-school children, as well as daily interactions.

Job Requirements:
MACTE accredited Montessori certification affiliated with AMS, IMC, or AMI
Bachelor’s degree
Experience working in a Montessori classroom
Commitment to anti-bias education
Preferred:
Spanish fluency

$20-$24/hr or equivalent salary, commensurate on experience / skills
