Children’s House of Bucks County is looking for a talented, passionate, and energetic Head of School who will be responsible for leading, developing and managing all aspects of both the day-to-day operations and long-term goals for the school. The individual should strive to celebrate the legacy and greatness the school has achieved over the past 50+ years and strive to inspire and invigorate our existing learning community for decades to come.
CHBC is a non-profit corporation led by a board of volunteer directors who appoints as the Head of School an educational leader with strong Montessori and early childhood educational and administrative experience. The Head of School is responsible to the Board of Directors for the overall operation and administration of the school. An extremely talented and dedicated longstanding staff of teachers and support personnel is currently in place to support the daily functions of the school, including a business manager to run daily office functions.
The school currently operates the following programs:
– Pre-Primary (18 months-36 months)
– Primary (3-6 years)
– Kindergarten
Compensation: Pay commensurate with experience
