The Opportunity
As the Principal-in-Residence, you will have one full year under the tutelage of our current Executive Director and Head of School to become the academic and cultural leader of one of our two school sites. Given that, we are actively seeking emerging school leaders who have a hunger for feedback and professional growth and a dedication to excellence. We seek leaders who hold exceptionally high intellectual expectations of their schools and create a culture of joyful academic discovery, who are passionate about achieving their schools’ academic and organizational goals, who develop enduring relationships with students, teachers, parents, and community members, and who build and maintain a strong presence for the school in the community.
