Whole-School Management delves deeply into the community dynamic by integrating the social mission and the child as a whole Montessori effort. This four-day program includes the four developmental stages to build a school vision for all planes of education as well as teacher development within a whole school evolutionary perspective. The program will present AMI’s global school accreditation process and career paths for teachers according to those accreditation standards. Some lectures will be open to the October plenary conference. Four separate strands about Montessori operations will be offered such as these added new themes:

• Social Justice and Life Passages that Lead to a Peaceful Montessori Community
Transformation, Including Montessori’s Impact on Social Change
• Vision Making—Successes in the Context of Total Community Impact beyond the School
• Adolescent Teacher Development for the Whole Third Plane—Report from the Adolescent
Initiative
• Birth to Three Shines on the Whole Developmental Curriculum; Love as a Source
• Guided by Nature—From Birth to 18—Montessori from the Start
• Teaching Reading for Deep Human Understanding and Comprehension
• Supporting Concentration and Engagement
